Experienced with start ups, organizational restructuring, procedural creation / re-creation and implementation of programs and procedures as well as the complete management of large commercial construction projects for Fortune 10-500 companies, Ms. Möller has provided optimal business solutions with the use of forethinking technologies, data analytics, integrated thinking and team collaboration with professionals who rank top in their fields of expertise. Serving as the Single Point of Accountability on complex mission critical initiatives she has been responsible to C Level executives to oversee the thinking, questions, planning and execution by the team of professionals. As of part of her experience in commercial construction and real estate development, she has provided expertise, integrated thinking and recognizes the critical dependancies of time and cost inherent in the location selection, acquisition, due diligence, cost benchmarking and design development of major build to suit ground up, adaptive re-use and renovations for commercial and residential real estate developments and redevelopment projects. Rebecca's intense attention to details and process, with a recognition of missing components or adverse outcomes have generated the skill of anticipating problems before they occur. This talent has produced a reputation to be relied upon for successful optimization of a system / method or plan and served to turn around problem projects as well as illict confidence in her leadership to build and manage a winning team to produce a successful endeavor from conception to end.
