Program / project management services for a complete business plan.  We oversee the creation of the program / project objectives providing experienced leadership to provide a comprehensive view.  In this role R Möller & Associates serves to create the plan with the client, create strategies that match objectives, advise on the selection of consultants, negotiation of terms for contracts and the execution of contract requirements with established and proven project controls.  We implement established processes  and oversee the change process to assure that the Client's interest are protected and that all options have been explored, understood by all entities and translated into a workable plan, processes or requirements, to meet the client's needs.

RENOVATION / ADAPTIVE RE-USE OF REAL ESTATE

The ability to successfully complete a renovation or adaptive re-use on time and on budget takes knowledge of the building types and “hands on” experience with the actual conversion of facilities from one use to another. Our team is deeply rooted in construction methodology and at the same time understands the Client’s point of view:  understanding the scope of the project to properly build a accurate proforma.  R Möller & Associates completes the conversion of building use and the renovation of functioning facilities without disruption to the operation; this is our commitment to our Clients. PROJECT TURN AROUND

R Möller & Associates have successfully managed the turn around of troubled management teams, its processes and projects to regain control after serious problems have caused delays or overruns.  When retained under these circumstances, R Möller & Associates assembles a team that can most expediently address critical needs.  Our turnaround team evaluates staff skills, root cause of problems, makes recommendations on hiring and firing, creates new schedules, reviews changes, develops new plans, and implements procedures to get the project back on track.  R Möller & Associates serves to mitigate and resolve claims, without impeding the newly established project scheudule.

FORENSIC ACCOUNTING / FRAUD INVESTIGATION REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

R Möller & Associates are experts in contract writing and cost accounting.  Simple accounting audits are not enough to see fraudulent activities within written change orders and contractor payments.  We have the ability to ferret out unlawful payments and abuse situations.  We are able to prevent these situations by providing oversight from the beginning of a project or by audits conducted at the close of the projects to resolve and reconcile actual cost and payments.
