Rebecca E Möller, CEO and Founder
Confident, goal-oriented and decisive, Rebecca has successfully managed and delivered 22 million SF of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Design and Construction, in 30 unique geographic locations, with a construction cost of over 10 billion dollars. Locations include Texas, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York and California.
She has represented the interests of high net-worth individuals, private and institutional investors, developers and private and public corporations in the USA. Clients have been Entrepreneurs, C-Suite Executives and Fortune 500 Corporate Leaders who have needed leadership on complex projects and their interests protected. Industries include national sports teams, higher level education, medical institutions, mining, telecommunications, financial institutions, food and beverage, bio-pharmaceutical, hospitality, commercial and residential real estate developers.
Prior to forming her own company, Rebecca was employed by the largest General Contractors and Construction Management firms in Dallas, TX and Philadelphia, PA. Due to her innovative mindset and aptitude to solve complex problems quickly, while creating more effective process and procedures, she was quickly promoted into leadership roles with high levels of responsibility. Positions included division manager, manager of design development, manager tenant improvements, lead pre-construction services, corporate lead cost controls, head of construction.
